Dreams – A Story
Ananya was lying lazily on her bed. She kept wondering over the thought that brought a sense of tingling feeling deep within her. She was crazy about a singer and wished to meet him. We are all aware that it is very difficult to get in touch with the rich and famous if you are not one.
But everyone has a right to dream she said to herself. After being lost for an hour, she woke up as she was getting late for college.Hurriedly she got ready.
She was waiting for a call from the singer she had befriended. However the rich and famous have hardly anytime to spare. They are engrossed in their own tasks. She reminded him again and he called. She spoke to him about the weather, next song release and said she wanted to meet him in a studio.
She would come in the morning and leave after meeting. However she wasn’t sure of her dream .
She then left for college and attended the classes. Few days passes by. She waited but found he had stopped responding completely. She felt sad but was patient.
One day he sent a message to come and meet her. She was overjoyed. She went to his studio, met him, took a selfie and an autograph. She chatted with him for a while and left with satisfaction. He is a caring person she realized.
Dreams do come true if you are patient and work towards it. So one should dream. There is no expiry date for it as long as you are willing to put in effort to realize them.
