As per, Ayurveda medicinal properties are found in Tulsi. Tulsi is used in many ways in Ayurveda. At the same time, planting a Tulsi plant in the house is also considered very auspicious. Know that Tulsi has anti-bacterial properties. Do you know that eating basil leaves, on an empty stomach in the morning gives many benefits to the body. Basil leaves help in keeping digestion right. Along with this, it also keeps away the problem of acidity and burning sensation in the stomach. Tulsi also proves helpful in maintaining the pH level of the body. Drink Basil Drink Everyday

Tulsi had great importance in the olden times. Take five or seven leaves of basil, add five black-pepperand grind it. Mix it in a glass of water and drink it in the morning. It can removes the heat of the mind and will give strength. Some importance of Tulsi has been told in Ayurveda.

Benefits from Properties of Basil

1.For cold-cough- Tulsi has anti-bacterial properties. Eat a basil leaf on an empty stomach in the morning, it will give you relief from cold and cough in a few days.

2.The house where there was a Tulsi plant, the germs of disease could not even breed in that house.

3.After retiring from toilet in the morning. Swallowing five leaves of Tulsi with water, benefits strength, sharpness and memory power.

4. By grinding green leaves of basil, people with epilepsy should massage the whole body regularly.

5.Grind basil leaves and mix some salt then pour its juice in the nose, it is beneficial to fainting and fainting.

 6.This can controls the blood sugar level. Tulsi contains many such elements which control blood sugar level. Tulsi eases the digestion of carbohydrates and fats.

7.Consuming basil leaves regularly does not cause malaria.

8. By using 5 leaves of basil regularly during the meal, the food gets digested quickly.

 9.Get rid of bad breath- Tulsi leaves also remove the problem of bad breath. If, you consume basil leaves every morning then, the bacteria of the mouth will end, which removes the problem of bad smell.

10. By regularly offering 1 lots of water on a Tulsi plant, the germs of the disease die & the relationship with the God is established.

Drinking Basil Tea

Boil 10 grams of basil leave, 250 grams of water, 50 grams of jaggery, 300 grams of basil leaves in water, when 250 grams of water remain, take it off and mix it with milk and jaggery and drink it like tea. Ginger, black pepper can also be added. This tea removes phlegm, bile, air and is a panacea in malaria.

Basil in daily food

One who has equal fever or gets equal fever. Those who are complaining of heart, blood pressure should make chutney of basil leave and take it with food or in the morning as mentioned below.

Grind 50 grams of basil leaves, 25 grams of spinach, 11 grains of black pepper, 10 grams of basil, 25 grams of dry grapes or currants and take it with food in the morning.
