As the season changes, our body’s requirements change. Thanks to mother nature!  She knows well what exactly we need. For our well-being, every season offers special fruits and vegetables.  They are grown naturally according to climatic conditions. So, they are called seasonal Produce. Let us focus on Seasonal Fruits and the significance of eating local and seasonal produce.

Why choose Local and Seasonal Fruits?

Local and Seasonal Fruits are grown locally in favorable climatic conditions. They are highly nutritious and loaded with essential vitamins and minerals. Naturally ripen fruits are sweet and taste better. Consuming fruits in-season helps to raise immunity levels and fights against diseases.

During summer, the temperature rises, and eventually energy levels fall. Our body needs fruits to beat the heat and to raise energy levels. Fruits like watermelon and mangoes help to relieve us.
