Conversation with A Stranger<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day is a new beginning and full of adventure. Social media like Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Tumblr etc. have reduced distance in terms of connectivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rita wanted to know about drone toys and started searching over the social media. In India the ready to fly drone toys cannot be imported as it needs a wireless planning and commission(wpc) certificate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rita found a contact at Instagram who pursued drone flying as a hobby. She also got his number from Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially she was a bit reluctant to call but after a thought of five minutes she wondered \u201cWell I have nothing to lose. At the maximum, the stranger may not take the call or reply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But at least I will have the satisfaction that I have tried\u201d. She called. Someone picked up the phone. She said \u201cWell I have got to know that you fly drones. I have an enquiry and wanted to speak to you. Is it the right time to talk?\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

David replied \u201cOh yes you can speak to me\u201d. He then asked \u201cWhere did you get the number from?\u201d. She replied \u201cI was searching for a drone flyer and found your profile at Instagram. The account had a number associated with it\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said \u201cI just wanted to know whether you have come through a reference\u201d. She replied \u201cNo I don\u2019t have any reference\u201d. He then asked her \u201cWhat is your name and where do you stay?\u201d. Rita gave her whereabouts and asked the process of wpc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said \u201cIf you are associated with a school or college you can get a letter on the letterhead of school\/college and submit.\u201d She asked him \u201cDo you make drones?\u201d. He said \u201cI get the parts and put them together to pursue my hobby\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She replied \u201cWell I know I am a stranger but can you give me your wpc?\u201d. He replied \u201cWhy should I do it for you? Also, I don\u2019t have a wpc. I am a certified drone flier\u201d. She then said \u201cNo issues. Can you make the drone toy with the parts? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a model which I haven\u2019t been able to find anywhere in the country?\u201d. He asked \u201cHow many pieces do you need?\u201d. She replied \u201cTwo, I have to give it to someone\u201d. I have shared the model and specifications to you. David then asked \u201cWhat is the purpose?\u201d. She replied it is for the children of the family so that they can play with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


He was so confused but replied \u201cJust give me some time. Will find out whether this can be made and whether parts are available in the region.\u201d She said \u201cPlease take your time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for the time.\u201d She then hung up. She was happy that the stranger had answered her questions. She was also highly hopeful that the stranger would definitely revert back. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her wait for the toy has begun\u2026<\/em><\/strong>
