Our carelessness and negligence will be their expectation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use age of ATM\u2019s is drastically reduced due to cashless transactions. Minimum kb mobile application is much enough to transfer money within seconds. <strong>There also we have to deal with passcodes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An Organised Crime:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a mid of a week I received a call around 10 am, my caller identifying app displayed my account holding bankers name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I answered it \u201csir I am Sumalatha, calling from so and so bank, this call is regarding your debit card reward points\u201d since I was really busy in the office I ask to call back around evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrdguru.com\/blog\/15\/procrastination-the-most-real-villain-in-time-management\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">While returning from office<\/a> on a staff bus, I received a call from the same number\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSir, This is Raghu, the morning we called you regarding debit card reward points, your redeem date is expired, so we can help you to do it.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYes, what I have to do now\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cJust confirm your customer ID after the beep; I will transfer your call to IVR\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Call passed to IVR response along with thanking you for calling #### bank, I entered it)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThank you for confirming your details, sir. Tell me your debit card number\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Told.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSir, please enter the six-digit access code which you received as SMS now\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>( I received Sms with six-digit OTP for the confirmation of the purchase for Rs.8500\/- at shoppers stop)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immediately I disconnected the call!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoss just miss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Later I blocked the card, mailed my bank as well as tweeted the entire incident. They responded rapidly to assist me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They requested me to give the written complaint in my concern branch.
